I ordered a Garmin GPS and it was not delivered at a time I could be home to receive it. I called the delivery company and told them I could not be home at 10:30 a.m. They said they could not deliver it at my work address. I got a notice saying they were sending it back to the company, Beach something. They charged my credit card and I have heard nothing from anyone about it. I am contacting my credit card company to file a complaint about a fraudulent charge on my card for over $289. No one will answer my emails. Why do you have the information on the order here but when I go to my account and check back six months there is no order in My Stuff?

This nuvi DOES NOT WORK WITH MY MAC. I was unable to use the storage (MP3 player, photos, user points of interest, etc.) because it would not talk to my Mac. I could load but never unload MP3 files. I sent Garmin emails but they never responded. The map software was at least two years out of date for my area (SF Bay). Stores, roads, malls, etc. were not in the database. The Bluetooth worked well and was easy to use, but the sound could not go through the car speakers unless you were listening to something from the nuvi. If you were listening to the radio the phone did not go through the speakers.
